Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The 30-minute discovery call is free with no obligation. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you.
How quickly can I get started?
After your consultation and signed agreement, onboarding typically takes 5 to 10 business days. This includes sourcing, vetting, matching and full setup.
What if I do not know which plan I need?
That is what the consultation is for. Tell us about your business and the tasks you want to hand off, and we will recommend a plan. Many clients start with the Trial or Starter plan and upgrade as they see results.
Do I need to sign a long contract?
All plans have a 3-month minimum commitment, which lets us onboard your VA properly and deliver consistent results. After that, you continue month to month with 30 days notice to cancel.
What time zones do you work in?
We work with clients across North American time zones. Your VA's working hours are aligned with your business hours during onboarding.
