The $350 CAD setup fee covers everything needed to get your VA ready: sourcing, vetting, matching you with the right VA, full onboarding, and workflow setup. It is a one-time cost never charged again.

Three months gives us the time to properly onboard your VA, build your workflows, and dial in your processes. VA relationships improve significantly after the first 4–6 weeks — the 3-month minimum ensures you actually experience the full value of the service.

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time with 5 business days' notice. Downgrades are processed at the end of the current billing cycle after the 3-month minimum has been completed.

Because we are a fully managed service, we handle all of that for you. If your VA is unavailable due to illness or an emergency, we arrange cover. If performance is not meeting the standard, we address it through our management process including replacement if necessary, at no extra cost to you.

Hours do not roll over month to month. Our plans are structured as monthly retainers, so we recommend choosing a plan that matches your average monthly needs. If you consistently use fewer hours, we can discuss adjusting your plan.

Invoices are issued at the start of each billing cycle and are due within 5 business days. We accept payment via e-transfer, credit card, or other methods agreed upon in your service agreement. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Yes. After your initial 3-month commitment, you can cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. There are no long-term lock-ins beyond the initial term.

The hourly option ($25/hr, minimum 10 hrs/week) is designed for short-term or project-based needs. For ongoing, consistent support, we recommend a monthly retainer plan, it's better value and ensures you have a dedicated VA who knows your business.
